What is On Demand Training and Support ?

On Demand Training and Support (ODT) is an equipment and process support tool that gives instant access to a unique learning package, which includes extensive operational and maintenance information. The software based product uses animation, video, screen shots, and voice-overs to provide detailed learning and reference material to cover all those topics defined during the needs analysis with the client at the beginning of a project. A series of menus and sub-menus guide the user quickly to the correct material for their immediate needs. The user can decide whether to use the material as an individual or group learning tool or as a "just in time" reference tool.

On Demand Training and Support may be used to cover individual pieces of equipment, complete production lines, or process systems. Its flexible nature means that it can cover the training and reference needs of almost any application.

Navigation and selection of individual modules is easy and intuitive. From the main menu select the required sub-menu and then select the specific item to view.

For multi-lingual applications the navigation buttons may also include voice-overs to help selection in a local language.
