On Demand Training (ODT) is an equipment and process support tool that gives instant access to a unique learning package, which includes extensive operational and maintenance information. The software based product uses animation, video, and voice-overs to provide a detailed learning and reference package to cover all those topics defined during the needs analysis process. A series of menus and sub-menus guide the user quickly to the correct material for their immediate needs. The user can decide whether to use the material as a learning tool or as a powerful reference tool.
On Demand Training made be used to cover individual pieces of equipment, complete production lines, or process systems. Its flexible nature means that it can cover the training and reference needs of almost any application.

When the ODT software first starts the user will be automatically taken to the main menu or home page. The home page will contain buttons that will guide the user to sub-menus covering clearly defined topics (e.g. How to use a piece of equipment or how to make adjustments).
For users who do not read English these buttons can be supported with voice-overs in the users' native language to explain what information the button gives access to.

Each topic will have one or more sub-menus to make the access to information intuitive and easy.
Navigation buttons on each sub-menu page will allow the user to return to the main menu or other sub-menus associated with the selected topic.
As in the case of the main menu buttons associated voice-overs can be provided for multi-lingual use.
Each button on the sub-menu page will access training or reference information in one of three main formats.

Animations are an excellent method of explaining the operation and technology used in equipment or processes.
Audio descriptions are used to augment the animation and these can also be provided in a multi-lingual environment if required.
Halo Training use the latest animation generation software for high quality results and reduced production time keeping costs to a minimum.

Extensive use is made of video within the On Demand Training Package. Illustrating the correct way to operate, maintain, and adjust equipment and processes can best be achieved by carefully edited video material.
Multi-lingual audio tracks are available as required for the particular application.
Halo Training are able to capture the video content on site and then edit and collate the material using the latest video manipulation software.
Using video also ensures that procedures within a factory have a constancy that leads to optimum operational efficiency.

On Demand Training can include complete reference documentation such as layout drawings, parts lists, and electrical drawings.
These reference documents are easily updated to ensure that the user has accesss to the most up to date information.
The special display reader allows the user to zoom in and out of documets, naviagte through the information, and if required print out sections of the documents.
